At Primo Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging or a secure shipping box.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
